Only complete one signup form per team. IF YOU NEED TO MODIFY something on your original signup form use the "Edit My Submitted Signup Form" button.
 
Need to edit your sign up form and can't login? Follow these steps.
 
1) Click the “FORGOT MY USERNAME” button below
 
2) Click the “FORGOT PASSWORD” button and USE THE USERNAME you got from step 1 (NOT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS)
 
Need to view your roster or teams in your age group, and can't log in? Follow steps 1-2 above to get your username and team signup password.
 
3) Click the "Edit My Sign Up Form" button below. Enter your USERNAME from step 1 and your team signup password from step 2. On the team sign up form the ROSTER PASSWORD will be visible on the first page.
 
4) Click on the “VIEW MY ROSTER” button below and use the username from step 1 and the ROSTER PASSWORD you got from STEP 3 - this applies to the “View Teams In My Age Group button as well.
